Our location opposite the waterfront and Te Papa provides fantastic harbour views, whilst being in the heart of the city, within walking distance of diverse shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife.

For the past 13 years the Museum Hotel has been 68 room boutique property; however the Hotel has just recently added 97 fully self contained studio, one and two bedroom luxury apartments which now brings us to a total of 165 rooms. Conference and function facilities are available onsite, as well as a range of access rooms on request. A unique feature of the hotel is the original New Zealand artwork displayed, as well as the complimentary plunger coffee available for guests upon check in.
